This blog chronicles our use of the Lucia No.3 as one of the ways we help heal ourselves and encourage those who come to us to do the same. We are not making any claims that his light heals people. What we are saying is that the moments that one spends in contemplation can be powerful in how that person views and operates within their universe(s). We find that the "effortless meditation" the hypnagogic light provides is a mechanism by which we are able to slow down, turn inward, and recognize the subtleties within the self that whisper at a level we seldom focus to hear.
